Get More in Keswick
Simcoe Landing, located in Keswick (Georgina) at the top of the new Highway 404 extension and adjacent to beautiful Lake Simcoe
Whether you’ve just recently moved to Keswick, are looking to make the move, or have loved this bustling town for ages, Keswick is sure to impress with the many things you can do as a family on any summer weekend. From summer camps to sightseeing expeditions to sweet treats and beyond, when you live at Simcoe Landing, you can easily enjoy all the best parts of Keswick and the entire municipality of Georgina just moments from your new home.
In the past, we’ve explored some of the shops, restaurants, theatres, attractions and more that are essential stops in Keswick. Another one of our favourite places to spend the day is The ROC, a four-season playground for adults and children alike. In the summer, The ROC is the perfect place for rock climbers, lawn bowlers, tennis players, and more. There’s even a Labyrinth made by volunteers from Hospice Georgina under the leadership of Debra Scott to offer a different kind of sensory experience. With a splash pad and a naturalized play area, as well as basketball courts and even more in the winter, it’s no wonder The ROC is much beloved in Keswick.
Grab a cozy blanket or comfy chair and catch a movie outdoors at The ROC this month!

When it comes to parks, paths, and promenades, Keswick and the Georgina region are full of distinct trails with so much to see and discover. For those that love spending a day in the outdoors, Simcoe Landing is about 20 minutes away from Sibbald Point Provincial Park in Jackson’s Point, where you can have a fun camping experience as a family. Head to the beach and take a dip, explore the historic Eildon Hall Museum, fish in Lake Simcoe and more; with the beautiful Sibbald Point as your setting, you may want to camp out forever!
Is there anything better after spending a day in the sun than having a delicious, cool dessert? Luckily, Oh!nest Café is just 3 minutes away from Simcoe Landing and serves some of the best treats Keswick has to offer. Whether you’d like to have a waffle cone, slice of cheesecake or banana split, you can have a sweet treat to complement a warm summer evening or action-packed summer day.
